Victorian 15ct gold & diamond horseshoe pendant
The Victorians were very serious about their talismans and few symbols carried more weight than the horseshoe. A symbol of fortunate and protection. If you're going to commit to a lucky horseshoe, may as well make it BIG and throw in 7 starburst, old rose cut diamonds too.
This piece was rescued and restored from an old brooch. Made from 15ct (XRF tested) yellow gold with at least 0.50ct of 7 natural rose cut diamonds in stunning starburst settings. It's big and bold and we haven't seen many nicer than this! With some signs of restoration to the back only, this lucky charm is looking fresh and ready to bring loads of good fortune to its next wearer.
