French antique 18ct gold double dog clip

These are what we would call unicorns! So incredibly rare, and so highly sought after in the antique jewellery world.

Made from buttery yellow gold and stamped with the French eagle head for 18ct.

These double dog clips open at both ends which makes the absolutely perfect for so many reasons. They can be used to connect, extend, hang charms, or however you like really (see pictured on an open ended chain - sold separately).

They are both almost identical and both are in the same, amazing condition. All parts work very well and springs are strong and secure.
