Antique Austrian 14ct gold Albert chain

This is the piece we’ve been most excited about this year so far. We’ve not seen one before and not sure we will find another one.

Made from a warm yellow, peachy 14ct gold. The links are tight, non-graduated, curb links. They’re hollow, but the gold is thick, so they remain in excellent condition.

The chain closes with a dog clip and bolt ring either end, but the real magic is the XL dog clip in the centre. Attached to a slider, this big boy slides along the full length of the chain (doesn’t slide off). All three clasps have been refurbished by my jeweller and so they are all good as new.

It’s such a unique and versatile piece. For those who love to experiment with their jewellery, I think you will find this piece a real joy to play around with. In amazing condition too!
