Antique 9ct gold large link bracelet
A rare find and a statement bracelet if ever we saw one!
Dating back to the late Victorian/early Edwardian era, this amazing bracelet is made from semi-hollow, peachy, rosy 9ct gold. Made up of 4 large oval, curved links with 3 connecting cable/mariner type links and a discreet, matching clasp. A safety chain is attached for extra security, but the clasp still works very well.
It's tricky one to size. We would say it fits roughly like a 7.75" bracelet but given that the links are so large, it's quite forgiving and can be worn quite tighter as well as dangling loose.
With some signs of wear commensurate with age, like some small dents and a solder mark on the clasp, it has maintained it's shape beautifully. The overall effect far outweighs the minor imperfections.
Size - fits between 7.25" - 8" due to long links
Width - 16mm links
Weight - 19.6g
