Antique 15ct gold trombone bracelet
When we refer to the 'warm, peachy glow' of 15ct gold...this is what we mean!
This bracelet is made from an old Victorian Albert chain, dating back to 1887. Given its age, most of the stamps are now very worn but some still show the 15. 625 marks. The dog clip has a much crisper mark, including the maker, and works really well. At some point some of the links have been soldered to reinforce them, which means they are thick, solid and sturdy.
If you're familiar with this type of link, you'll know just how popular it is and given that 15ct gold was discontinued in 1932, this is even more collectable than most.
Length - 7.75" but fits smaller due to flat, elongated links
Width - 6.3mm
Trombone links - 22mm long
Weight - 21.84g
