18ct gold & emerald ouroboros snake bolt ring

This is a modern piece made in the Victorian era style, when snakes were incredibly popular. We've been so lucky to have two in stock. The diamond one sold so this listing is for the 18ct gold snake with green emerald eyes.

It's an ouroboros, which is a snake devouring its own tail, and is a symbol of infinity, eternal love or marital devotion. In typical Victorian fashion, he has two gemstone eyes and looks more goofy than realistic. The detail on his tail and mouth are fantastic with the tail tapering and his mouth having a good amount of depth to it, making the connection between the two nice and secure.

It's XXL as far as bolt rings go which makes it great for so many purposes. Wear him as a connector, extender, charm holder or even as a ring.

He's been lovingly hand made and since he's new, he's in excellent condition too! (chains not included)
